Mine continued to leave worms that looked like either nematodes or Arundinula washingtoniensis. Long, stringy and seemed like they had many small cells for body segments. They came in on some blueberry crabs and it completely wiped my colony within 2 years and I had them as well. Since I've lost my ...

This is why I built the K-tank, the jars are a LOT of work. With the K-tank it just runs itself and you can clean, suck/switch water etc. But I do like knowing that if I mess up something with one jar, I have four left that still have live zoea to transfer over. How deep is your substrate? Maybe you can lightly top it up a few more inches to give him digging room.
