Re: Molting E in Bacterial Bloom & Lost Limbs

Yes, I think novelty is a big part in what gets them to eat. I do want to specify that I am in the pro-mix camp: I just think powders shouldn't be mixed in. Although obviously one method is as good as the other, it's just a matter of preference. I used to feed individual ingredients but it was too t...

Re: Molting E in Bacterial Bloom & Lost Limbs

When I make my food mixes, I try to avoid powders. My crabs never seem as interested in mixes with powders and my theory is that the powder coats everything and makes it all taste the same. I serve powders occassionally on their own.

Re: Molting E in Bacterial Bloom & Lost Limbs

Re: New arrivals from Richard's sea shells

They’ll get there someday, just might take awhile. [emoji4] I thought about doing that but at the time I needed more shells for them to actually use, so I asked to exchange. If I had as many shells as I did now I would have kept it for a display piece. With return shipping, the shell I got in excha...

Re: New arrivals from Richard's sea shells

They’re so beautiful!!! I did the same thing before, the same color shell! Such a beautiful shell! I exchanged it bc I have a long way to go before anyone will fit into it. Anyone with multiple jumbos in one tank?

Just thinking about the future and trying to imagine what a tank with 2-5 jumbos in it would look like. I'd love to see pics if anyone has a couple of jumbos in their tank.

New arrivals from Richard's sea shells

Just got a bunch of new shells.
