I haven't seen nematodes anymore but I've seen these little red bugs. They have 3 segments. Ive seen them interact with the isopods and they seem perfectly fine. I know they aren't ants because they look different. Can anyone identify who they are, and if they are dangerous?

According to what this guy is saying, only if they are or have traveled over state lines. It's a permit to allow transport. If you collect them in your state, buy them from someone within your state who has their permit, or buy them from someone in your state who has collected them within your stat...
If I were to clean tank items such as driftwood, would I be able to use tap water or would I need to treat it with dechlorinizer? I already treated the water, I just never used it before and I probably treated it wrong.
Would regular freeze dried shrimp work the same? I hope they find something which they will enjoy. I used to have a food bowl and they used to eat it a long time ago, and now I dont' use a food bowl. WIll the food bowl make a difference?
