Interrupted a molt and possible digestive issues?

First pic sort of looks like it has a worm in it now that I’m looking closer! Second pic was what dropped through and was wiped off the underside of the grate.

I did take a pic of whatever it was, just need to figure out how to upload it. I just looked and the little guy came out of the hole I put him in and looks like he’s been normally active. He’s up on top of a barnacle right now.

Hi and Welcome! I don't think I would be too worried about him. Usually within a few days of coming home they will dig to molt or to de-stress. It's always hard to judge how long they were deprived of being able to dig, or molt. For as much as you want to check on him, don't. Digging him up can do ...
