Re: Party crabs

But now that they've been together for a while, all 4 have been under together for almost a couple of weeks. All I have now is pet s...

Re: Expired food

That sounds like tons of fun!!! It is! I absolutely love it. Over the years I've worked my way up to bird care assistant. So I can give oral medications, tube feed, give subq fluids, etc. Nothing is more rewarding than watching a bird be released back into the wild. [emoji179] Sent from my M...

I made a little fleece jacket and booties for my Sailor too! https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20191117/24100527d7cf968dbd966d0a59ed4baa.jpg Sent from my STV100-3 using Tapatalk The booties and fleece are too cute! There's no way my dog would take two steps in boots, so I give Sailor a lot of credit...

Re: Expired food

Thanks for ur thoughts all! The frustrating thing is that when I got these, I didnt have a dog at that time. Now I do, and if I hadn't spent all this money on these treats already I could buy them as needed for my dog and just use some for my crabs. I could still do that but I hate to think of all ...

Re: new crab digging hole, but not buried

update: he did eventually bury himself for like a week, but today he came back up and isn't hanging out in a hole anymore. he does still love his little hut though. also I mix little fruit bits and coconut flakes (both meant for crabs) into his other food...but he's a little **** and picks out the ...

Re: Do hamster wheels have to be plastic?

I did put some dried food in it once. It feels like forever to me, but it's only been a bit more than a month since I've last made significant adjustments to their hab. And now my 2 biggest girls, Harriet Houdini (she's tricky) and Coco SHanELL (she's fancy) have begun signs of molt preparation. I'...

Re: Do hamster wheels have to be plastic?

That's awesome Kydra! I finally took mine down. It did spin freely and was silent after all my efforts but not one of my 7 decided to give it a go. I'll put it back up in the spring and hopefully they'll be comfortable enough to check out the 'new' gizmo....they should be used to my interference by...

He is a strawberry! And thank you. We think ‘he’ at least. This is the fella that escaped at his original owners home just before I adopted his colony, and was found in their basement 6 weeks later! It’s a total mystery but I was able to meet with the guy and pick this one up too. [emoji3059] We ar...

Re: The Hermit Crab Patch food?

They have wonderful food, and my crabs enjoy everything I’ve ordered from there too! Just placed an order with HermitGrub on Etsy, as did RiNiKy and it was a great experience for both of us and my crabs absolutely killed the two new ones I offered them! So they’re worth a look too. Prices are also ...
