All I have to add to this conversation is that this is exactly what happened last summer. It took months to get our orders. Ramadan begins at the end of the month, and this was the excuse as to why her Indonesian suppliers could not ship crabs. If they don't go out soon, we won't see them til Octobe...

Any updates? I haven't heard a peep. I'm so glad I just decided to order the blues.

LHC ships all year. If you want a really great E, try the Hermit Crab Patch. They only sell crabs that have molted with them and only ship in the warmer months. You know you are getting a healthy crab with HCP.

When I was informed that the blues I ordered were not coming in, I was given the option of refund or substitute. She also promised my next order at half off if I chose the substitution. I took her up on the offer. It was very disappointing waiting as long as I did for information regarding the order...

She couldn't get them in after months of waiting. It kind of sucked!

Shipping is $38. I wouldn't be so concerned about the order if I haven't been jaded from ordering blues two summers ago. I think they were $14.99 when I placed my original order. I placed today's order with a "I'll believe it when I see it" attitude.

My husband will kill me, but I preordered 3 blues. $100 for three crabs is terrible!
