That would totally freak me out. I think I'll leave the scorpions up to you. Very interesting and exciting, but SCARY! Give our little mama a hug from me! Congrats!

Re: LiveHermitCrabs.com
You should keep crabs in a sterile location if you are treating for mites. No sub, moist paper towels and a hidey. If you use the preds, you don't need to be so extreme.

Re: The Hermit Crab Garden ~Harvest Is In! New Variety Packs
Wode, I got my order today. I was so excited! It was packed great and looks incredible! My crabs are already munching on their leaves and got their first cookie treat. Seriously, how cute are those things anyway!! I'm totally impressed!

Despite their canibalistic tendencies, they are totally adorable! I would so love to have little babies someday!

There is nothing cuter than a teeny tiny crab in a teeny tiny shell. I'm so exited for you! Good luck!!

Re: LiveHermitCrabs.com
I didn't want to have to deal with this during school at all. I thought ordering during June would be early enough into the season to not get stuck waiting for months. Does she usually send out emails with arrival dates when she ships? You will get a shipping email. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk...

Re: LiveHermitCrabs.com
Unreal. Never ordered from her. I have been considering getting some straws from her next summer but, man, it seems she is so poor with customer service.... The key is to order early in the season. I would order in march/April to get the best chance of receiving your orders in a timely manner. Once...

Re: LiveHermitCrabs.com
I didn't have such good luck with my last order. Two of the three Indos were pretty unhealthy from the start. I lost one, the other dug under a while ago. I'm assuming he's gone as well. The rugs I got seem to be doing fine, though.

Re: Attn: Straw owners. Best foods for Beta carotene
I just wanted to bump this post because we seem to have a lot of new straw owners on the forum. I think it's a great wy to see that your straws can get plenty of beta carotene outside the traditional orange/red fruits and veggies!
