acidic fruits like limes are not good for hermit crabs. I was looking for a baking or cooking recipe that is safe for hermit crabs, if you don't know of one, then i will be creative, and make one up.

can anybody give me actual really gourmet recipes for hermit crabs? like cooked stuff, not some, leaves or bread in a bowl. maybe hermit crab safe and human safe baking dessert, or a good healthy meal?

for molting, you have 3 options, first of all, do you know anybody else who has crabs? if you do, then try to get yours used to their crabs, and when one of yours is molting, then you can give your crab who isn't molting to him, so the one who isn't molting doesn't get lonely and depressed.

it looks pretty good to me, but you will also need eco earth with the calcium sand. i would get them from petsmart, petco has painted shells which are bad.

thanks, i will look in zoea, but are you sure that spider plants aren't good, because like six sites said that they are a good plant for crabitats.
