If you aren't putting the crabs in right away you might consider silliconing in corner guards! I will be using them for my next build. They go in the corners so you can anchor things to them for the crabs to climb on. That is the one thing I wish I would have done with my current tank, but I was new...
I have it happen too. I just figure they know whether they are hungry or not. I offer and if they take it great, if not whatever. I think Brian may be on to something there though.
I totally get work schedules, I'm off school this month, but I'm a full time student alongside working nights full time. For me, whatever is convenient is best. haha I do dream of a massive custom built tank one day with deep, fully cycled pools, but now is just not the time financially or timewise.

If you are familiar with the nitrogen cycle you can implement filters into pools and may be able to go longer between water changes. With larger pools it can definitely be a benefit. I have moved over 10 times with these guys and I have never lost anyone during or after the move. this was the first time where I lost someone before the move though :/ The trick is small boxes with plastic bags for the sub, a box (or 5) for the climbing/hiding stuff, the tank and the stand and you...

With dechlorinated water a little at a time while stirring to ensure you get the best consitency. Once you can easily mold it in your hand but without it being watery it is fine. You should be able to build a sand castle out of it.
I actually just replaced mine because my old ones were getting yucky. I use two square Ziploc tupperware containers with zip ties holding with plastic craft mesh on through holes I made. It's easy as far as maintenance goes which is why I like it. I can't remember who originally gave me the idea her...

I want a room I can go to when I'm feeling.....crabby. XD But all puns aside, you did a wonderful job on all of these. They all look so well put together. I especially love how natural they all feel. Good job!!
