That makes sense, and it's too funny! Mine hate the vacuuum. I can literally walk too close to it, and they think I'm going to use it and they bolt! I'm also glad Mao is taking it better now. Sharing "mom" can be hard lol.

If they aren't full of pesticides, she could potentially send you green leaves, then you could try dehydrating them. I don't think it matters whether they are green or not for use with crabs or isopods. Just an idea.

Good choice! I've ordered from them off and on over the years. My crabs have always enjoyed their stuff.

I change it every night to two nights depending on what it is. Fresh foods tend to get changed sooner. Hermits are scavengers.so they tend to like things a bit "yuckier" than we would think, so there is no real set time, I just prefer to not attract bugs so I pull fresh foods sooner than later.
