Hmmm, I don’t really clean out the shells. I do dunno out debris if I see if in the shells every once an a while. That’s a good point. How should I clean them out? Just rinse with dechlorinated water or do you mean boil them?

Did you get his shed skin? If not, he needs a replacement source of calcium and minerals or he may not harden properly. I didn’t see any shedding in the store tank. Im not sure if he ate it or others did.

Right now he has water, hermit crab pellet & shrimp Medeley, and calcium supplement. I’ll add honey too I need to get some from the store in the morning (no grocers open now).
