I honestly thought you had been adding water all along, to remedy the dry sand problem. Is there a reason you didn't try to make the sand more moist? Everyone told me to add water to the sides .. which I did but that didnt make all my sand moist it just makes the sides moist ...lol sooooo......... ...

It seems that no one is addressing the dry sand. Other than adding some water. But if it's as bone dry as you think that may not be enough. Hi hermie is still under ... worried sand is still bone dry .. I pour water every once in a while in ... the sides but let's be honest it doesnt wet all the sand ... atleast it doesnt for me on the side I put water so ... it's been since feb .... with hope could of been the end of feb ... he is alon...

Why is your sand so dry? Are your temp and humidity good? You can add water along the edges, it will go down and eventually be absorbed into the rest of the substrate.
