Thanks! I know it's cliche, but even though I adopted him, he really did rescue me! [emoji7]Image

My Pomeranian Zeus!

I thought I'd post a pic I took today of my Pomeranian, Zeus. He was laying in my spot on the bed, but was looking very adorable. So I let him stay and curled myself around him. It was very uncomfortable, but how do you tell this cute face to move? [emoji39] https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20191007...

I looked in my tree field guide and it looks like those might be leaves of a chestnut oak.Image

Re: Which Substrate Is heavier: EE or playsand

Yeah. Im pretty sure i have 2 small, 4 medium, and the two I mentioned before. Im working quick to get them in bigger tank. And it turns out Nanny will be stopping by Home depot to get lumber tonight, so I'm coming with to get the appropriate sand! Sent from my LG-M255 using Tapatalk That's awesome...

Re: Which Substrate Is heavier: EE or playsand

Lol. I'm just hoping to get this done within the next week or so hopefully. i adopted two more crabs from facebook, which are both i think large/extra large, teetering jumbo maybe. And with the other 6 in the 30 gal, i'm throwing myself over max capacity. Luckily, they're all PPs and don't seem to ...

Re: Fish tank Help

I'm 57 year old and not into fish keeping. I am thinking to gift a mid sized aquarium to my wife, but i'm confused among 3 options. I'll appreciate if you professionals can guide me. My options are - 1. Seaclear - https://www.amazon.com/SeaClear-Acrylic ... ies&sr=1-1 2. Aquatic Fundamentals - http...

Re: Which Substrate Is heavier: EE or playsand

Yeah. I was thinking of mixing it up for that reason. And tbh I am in no rush on transferring my hermit crabs to the much bigger tank, and at this point I don't even know when we will finish it. it can take so long as from tomorrow, to next weekend lol. Just depends on when we go shopping and get t...

Re: Which Substrate Is heavier: EE or playsand

Your crab looks beautiful, ant the tank looks good! It took a moment to convince her, but later on I'll get some playsand for the tank! probably 1 or 2 50 lb bags. Will it be better to mix it in or to just set it on top? Thanks! Beau is sporting his new shell from Naples Shell Company lol. Hmmmm, I...

Re: Which Substrate Is heavier: EE or playsand

Thank you very much for the suggestion! Though, apparently Nanny outright ignored me when I brought it up, and everyone is set on using pure EE since it is lighter.. /sigh/. I was hoping to have at least 1 or 2 bags of sand mixed in... You're welcome! I would think you would make out okay if you ju...

Re: Cheating a little bit

Yeah... No. LOL We have tons of crickets that have infested our garage and I've thought about it. Alas, you are stronger than I. We encourage beneficial insects and birds to control the "bad bugs" instead of poisons and it doesn't *quite* do it. We love all the snakes and mantises, but we still hav...

Re: Cheating a little bit

My neighbor doesn't have a microwave either! I would definitely starve. My kitchen is so small it's actually a pain to cook or bake anything with the stove/oven. Your eggs sound good to me, I'd eat them haha! My microwave eggs come out looking like a big fluffy circle and I cut them in slices. I thr...

PS- I don't blame you about the crickets and grasshoppers. I try not to look directly at them when I'm crushing them up for the crabs. [emoji53]
