IMO, He should be just Fine. It is the Long Term Exposure to "Chlorinated" Tap water that is Harmful. Unless he fell into Straight Bleach(Chlorine). U did a Great Job of Rinsing him the Best ya could.

Hmmmm, I wish I could answer the Poll. I havent put any shells in the tank specifically for the Herms. I did however put some Coral and Other "Sea Shells" from the Beach, My Marine Hermies seem fine.

I have that 12 Gal "Nano" And I Love it! Sadly though, It just recently CRASHED! I dont know what Happened. The only thing I can think of, Is, I added some Coral and Shells I found at a Beach in Naples FLA. The Coral I added was "Dead"? It was just the Skeleton/Shell. And the Shells were decomposing...
