Hi im new here. Um i have a question

For my hermit crab i have a wall climbing background. I was wondering if i put a uth along the same side of the tank as the wall climbing background, Will it uth be effective still?

If i put it on the outside* if i may add to what I asked

Yes, it will still be fine for most climbing wall stuff. What's it made out of? If it's super thick 2-3"+ thick, you might have more trouble with it?
