Plastic Coated Metal?

Can you use plastic coated metal in their crabitats? Like the Closetmaid ones? I’m thinking of using one to make a small second level.

I used to have a plastic coated hanger in the shower. It rusts through the plastic.

Agreed, mine rusted through, as well as the crabs picking the plastic off!
