Both of my crabs burrowed under together around 41 days ago and have not come up.
I really really really want to dig them up but I shouldnt.

No you should not!! They know what they are doing and it really hasn't been that long in hermit time.

I agree, that isn't very long at all!
Many crabs can stay under for as long as five months, it really depends :)
