Aww he's gonna lose his pretty red stripes :( Oh well, I still love him!
I'll make sure to take alot of pictures and document his color changes as he molts then, is he even less common then normal sunset violas or more so?

Nope zebra sunsets and sunsets are the same thing. I'm fairly sure. We just shorten it by saying sunset.

I posted in the thread about zebra sunsets, just in case she wants to see his orange and grey colorings because all her little guys look orange and yellow, I think its because Moose is still so so tiny

Any reference evidence?
I got Nakasone's PDF file from Mrs.Dwi Listyo Rahayu ( an Indonesian expert in marine hermit crabs - she has wrote at least 2 books- but not widely publicized ). I tried to match the claw & male sexual tube shape. Nakasone said in that article he found the C.pseudorugosus in the Philippines. I have seen some Philippine specimens that do have similar characteristics with the hermit crabs that the pictures I display above ( and such hermit crabs also came from Central Indonesia - close to the Philippines ). They are not C.rugosus and not C.purpureus either. Previously I thought they are C.purpureus with colour morph.
Is like Es??
Yes, they do ... they have "mixed" characteristics of C.compressus, C.purpureus, and C.rugosus ( plus zebra C.violascens' color pattern ).
