Ms. Rug, back from molting, and a beachy tank rescape

Post by wodesorel » Sun Jun 21, 2020 5:12 pm

I celebrate her emergence like a holiday. Image It's too quiet when she's down!

Got so sick of the tank being so messy that I tore it down, cleaned it, and redecorated while I was waiting for her to come back up. I love how it turned out! The battery LED lights run on a 6 hour timer every night, so I don't even have to think about turning it on to enjoy the tank. Image

Oooh very nice. I love that curly wood piece. What kind of wood is it? Where'd you get it? Ms. Rug is beautiful as well. All in all 10/10

Thanks! It's a product from Galapagos (company) called Jungle Vine. It's a type of Liana, which just means it is a wooden jungle vine. 😅 Seems like it can come from a few species of plants, but this kind has been safe with her and with my crested gecko for the last several months.
