rain rain go away!!

oh my gosh! last summer we had drought now we are having so much rain! we had over 6 inches of rain in one day! well that was one day and over night. we have so much flooding all over the town, the creeks are over flooded washed over the roads. kyle just about didn't make it to work cause a major creek flooded over the highway. all the streets here in laharpe were flooded, our basement is flooded as a lot of peoples. next week we have more rain in the forecast for mon, Tues & Wed!

It's pretty bad when your basement turns into a giant swimming pool. I remember that happening two springs ago. We had two days in spring where it wasn't raining. We broke records. It was absolutely miserable. we put a pellet stove down there. It helps when we run it because the fire dries everything out pretty fast.
