might have raynauds?

So my hands and feet are cold all the time if the temp is below 50, I'm freezing. My fingers and toes get so cold they hurt / burn. I'm wearing 2 pairs of gloves and socks and winter boots when out side. The library is set at 72 AND I'm freezing. My arms are even cold, today I wore my slippers to work cause they keep me warmer. My fingers are tingly and feel strange. I looks it up and do the at home test, and my hand urn blotchy white when I exposed them to very cold temp then when I took them out of it they go deep purple. I made hamburger patties the other day and you should of seen my multi colored hands and the shooting intense pain. I tried to take pic but my camera battery died. I h e a Dr appt April 3 for my migraines, fibro, so now I will be talking bout this.
