als walk a thon

well I did it signed up for my first walk a thon. it's only 4 miles I guess, but it's a good cause.I normally walk 5 everyday so shouldn't be a struggle, my only issue is that I guess they have a cop car that escorts you through town down main street and you can't pass them for insurance reason. I am used to walking fast to my ipod, this cop car better be going to a good pace or I will be running it over!
