I dont know what to do , i provide food and stuff should I isolate him?

No, they usually get ashy before they molt.

@Alexc2019, as soilentgringa stated they do tend to get ashy right before a molt but they can also have their color fade if they aren't being fed foods with the right pigment boosters like Spirulnia, Beta carotene and Astaxanthin.
You can buy Spirulnia powder and Astaxanthin most health food stores and beta carotene can be given through carrots, squash and pumpkin for instance, all these are great for maintaining deep luscious color.
