I live in Va, and I will gladly except any hermies that need a home. I have a 10-gallon that is vacant at the moment. But I would LOVE some new crabs! So, just PM me if your putting any crabs up for adoption.
Thnx!

I have a troubled pp who may need a home if I can find the right home for her. She is a beautiful large pp.

She is very difficult for me to think about giving up because she is special to me and my very first crab....I am trying to do what is right for her as well as myself.

She is right now in a 10 gallon all by herself because she does not do very well with other species...only other pps. She does in fact ATTACK straws. I am not sure about viola or indos because after she has killed afew of my straws I will not take anymore chances with her. She did get along with smaller ruggies, but I will not make promises as to her not doing harm to them or any other crab.

I feel terrible having her alone, but I can't trust her to be with my other crabs. She has now decided to PINCH through the wire lid to the tank so she is very strong and I am afraid she will be escaping shortly if I don't' do something. She has increasingly gotten more aggressive also. She will not be suitable for any children to hold because she does pinch and is very active and UNAFRAID to come out of her shell when held..just to give an idea of her personality.

She is like I said very special. I bought her from OC MD as my first crab and as I expanded she was fine until the straws came and now as I explained she has gotten "evil". I am so torn because I don't want to give her up, but I don't think she is happy in a 10 gallon she needs space and other pps.

So if anyone is interested in this trouble crab, and has the proper home I will be happy to meet you and you can meet Hulk to see if you will be the right person to give her a nice home.

I live in Anne Arundel County Maryland and would LOVE to adopt a few more hermies if you need a home for yours. I have a 35 gallon crabitat with plenty of Eco Earth for my crabbies to dig in, lots of fun things to climb on, a salt and a fresh water "pools", and plenty of shells. I can pick up within a 45 minute radius of Odenton, or meet half way if needed.
Thanks!

I live in the Morgantown, WV area and I am able to drive 30 min. to an hr to pick up Hermies that need to be adopted! I have 5 hermies now. All of which are PP's and I'm more than willing to adopt different species. Oberon, Hermia, Puck, Hamlet and Gus are also more than willing to share their crabitat with another hermie roomie or two. Smile If you have any questions feel free to PM me! Very Happy

I live in Anne Arundel County and I'm looking to rehome 4 purple pinchers and 2 ecquadorians as soon as possible. 35 gal “shell top" crabitat and left over supplies are included, if desired. I inherited them from "flgal" in October 2009 and cannot take care of them properly due to my work schedule.

Hi
Found these guys on craigslist and thought you guys might be interested. It was posted two days ago so should have a few weeks left before expiring. Sounds like the new gravel, painted shells etc. Looks like there are lots of people here in Virginia so, hopefully someone will be able to help them out.

Thanks

Hi
So first, you follow the link I gave above to Craigslist. Then you click Reply to "comm-24sddnsj blah blah blah and it should automatically reply using your default email. Then, you can email back and forth with the person and work out a place to meet.
Hope this was helpful. Smile

Found on Baltimore Craigslist...a little too far for me to drive, but if someone close by can help out, there are two hermies free to a good home.
