Maybe he is just going through a bit of stress. His pics dont seem very alarming. How long has he been lethargic? When was the last time he went underground? When did he last eat?
My PPs are very active and interesting, but will have about 2 week periods that they just sit around and nap all day. They do go about eating and drinking, but at odd times through the day and night, so i dont always get to see them doing it. Maybe he's going around behind your back.
Maybe try a new food? Something smelly with protein might be interesting to him. Try ground beef, tuna, hardboiled egg.. Whatever you have leftover or available for you to pinch a little bit. You can microwave uncooked, unseasoned food or just offer raw.
If he is stressed you just gotta leave him alone for a while. Change food and water, but do it quickly, quietly, and then be gone. Don't even look at him. Wait for him to make the first move.

If he has been digging and eating, then you probably don't have anything to worry about. Maybe take some extra effort to find new stuff for them to eat. He might be missing a particular nutrient he isnt getting. Hopefully he can get it, molt, and be as active as he should be! Good luck and keep us posted!

His one leg to the outside of his BP looks "broken" from the first joint down. To me, anyways.

That's what I thought. But I think he was just posing for the picture weird because later it looked normal and he wasn't walking weird or anything.

As long as he can move as he wishes, and can and will eat food, you can relax and leave him alone. Broken legs can be molted back, like new. Crabs wouldn't worry about that. He might just be faking it because he thinks you're trying to fatten him up for a tastey snack!
I saw one of my Es on its back/shell, twitching his legs like someone'd just stepped on him. SO WEIRD! I picked him up and put him shell opening down, and he RAN away, all normal. Crabs just like to be weirdos sometimes.

I put him in the hut so I wasn't tempted to look at him or handle him. But when I woke up this morning he was by the fresh water bowls! So that's good! He was probably going around at night when I couldn't see him

Sharkbait hasn't come out of his shell for a whole week. He hasn't moved at all either

The sub hasn't changed and my crab sebastian dug a big hole thing right in front of the hit so in order for him to come out he would have had to knock some of it down.
