best foods for iso tank

I guess I could call my tank an iso tank. Just got some new PPs after not having any for over a year. What food is best for new crabs? I got some honey-cone.

Other high protein and energy foods.

Molasses
ECT....

Hi! Land hermit crabs need a variety of foods. Protein choices include: eggs (hardboil an egg and smash some shell and all and give it to them!), bits of unseasoned raw or cooked meat and fish, shrimp, dried krill, bloodworms, crickets, grasshoppers,
Calcium sources such as eggshell, cuttlebone or crushed seashell
Molasses should only be given on occasion but it is high in vitamins
Fruits and veggies off of the safe list
Grains/nuts
