How long can I let water on a gallon jug sit ??? This is a wired question but will it get old ...??
It has water conditioner and another salt

How do I only put one drop of conditioner for a whole gallon of water ... why does that scare me hows it gonna get through all the water....help !!!

What dechlorinator are you using? Seachem Prime, which is what it recommended by many here, is two drops per gallon. And you put the lid back on and shake it up really well. At least, that is what I do.

Diffusion will work out just fine.

I tend to not let my stored water stay stored for longer than a week, after that it tends to get dust on the surface and grow bacteria/algae.

I use to store a water bottle reg bottle like 16 oz
But idk how much I would put in that to keep that .. would a drop be to much ? If a drop is used for a gallon ....
