Well, they barely touched the cantaloupe. I'm trying it again in a few days though.
Tonight they are having dried mealworms, a small piece of boiled chicken, blackberries, spinach, and seaweed monster. The chicken has already been hidden somewhere.
Tonight my crabs are dining on raw beef, raw chicken, strawberry tops, dried veggie meal, THCP mineral supplement, and worm castings. All spinkled with calcium.

Yes! I bought my beardie a food mix of dried meal worms, cricket, and grasshoppers. She won't touch the stuff (likes her live food better) so I give the crabs a couple of bugs every night and they always drag them out and hide them throughout the 'tat. It is so cute, and a great protein source.
To elaborate on what the others mentioned above: I had a straw die shortly after getting it, and I allowed the others to eat the dead crab, since it has no smell. And about a week or two later alot of my crabs were dying. It was really upsetting, so I would make sure they weren't feasting on the dea...
