Just moved my PP pair from a 10-gallon tank to a 20-gallon! I made this hiding/climbing structure by tying an aquarium log to a Dollar Store spice rack. Well, yeah. Duh. If I'd've thought for half a second... I guess they look bigger because they switched to bigger shells. Not being cramped, they're freer to slip partway out and rare up, then slide back in at will. So I'm seeing them more often...and more of them.

Thanks, Wode. I tried squirting Jerry, the aggressor, today as a possibly-gentler alternative to dunking. He immediately retreated to another corner of the tank and didn't try to start up with Jeff again. We'll see how it goes. I'd love to hear how some others handle such squabbles. Chime in, please...
