Hello everyone, I've only had one crab for about 2 years now and since I've had enough time to do my research and get comfortable with the care, an upgrade is now more than welcome. I'm planning on adding a couple more crabs to my family and sizing up my tank as well– right now it's a very basic ten...

Re: Help! A naked crab!
Thank you for responding to the template! I'm very worried because he continues to leave his shell and seems very lethargic. Not sure what to do to help him.

Dropped crab!

As I was holding him (above my bed) today he climbed up my arm and lost his grip and rolled off, landing on the hard carpeting below, a couple feet of a drop. He landed on his shell but had no visible cracks or marks ...

Thank you both! We try our best to give them a balanced diet and will just continue being patient with the little guy. We're planning on adding to the family of crabs this summer!

A couple of months ago, because she loved taking care of my jumbo crab for me while away, I Bought my younger sister a crab- they're both purple pinchers (and reside in separate tanks.) she picked out a small one, and upon bringing him home we learned he was missing his small claw. He i...
