Re: Dead or Molting - Also Shell issues...
They are about 1-1 1/2 " wide (their shells.
I got them both on the 4th of July last year. So they didn't go down to molt until about 2 months ago.
I'll fill out the form you suggested. Thanks so much!

Dead or Molting - Also Shell issues...
I adopted 2 Hermies exactly one year ago. Very well taken care of, large crabitat, organic food, both salt and fresh water options, etc. One hermie has always been a little more sluggish and less active than the other. They both went down (I assume to molt) a couple of months ago. The more active on...

Emergency template?
Hi everyone,
Several people have asked me to fill out the "emergency template" for my issue with my 2 hermies. I don't see a template anywhere. Do they mean just making a post here in this Emergency section of the forum? Please let me know thx!

Rarely See Our Hermies
We have had these hermies about two months - they have a great crabitat, we feed them well, we mist, we have enough shells, play things, etc. We rarely see them at all. It looks like they only eat every few days. They burrow into mulch that I have at one end - and rarely come out. They had this mate...

Re: Crab burried since we got them
Thanks everyone. One crab "wakes up" around 7pm and is pretty active from about 7-midnight or 1am. Then he burrows down again. I even saw him go the the food dish and eat. The other one was active at night for the first two nights - but now i haven't seen him at all in about 48 hours. I haven't dist...

Crab burried since we got them
We got our two new hermies yesterday (36 hours ago) and put them in their new crabitat, fully equipped. About 4/5 of crabitat is sandcastle sand and about 1/5 is jungle mulch like they were in at the pet store - I wanted to do this so they would feel comfortable. They almost immediately found their ...
