Thanks!!! Thats great info. They substrate is about 5” deep. It’s a little eco earth and playsand with a layer of calcium sand. I am trying to boost humidity. We have a heater on the back like you said. I just dont know how to keep the substrate moist. Everything Ive read says make sure the sand is ...

Help! Sandy legs!
We spray our crabitats in the evening with a mister. When the sand gets wet it sticks to their legs- you can tell they dont like it. How do I prevent this? Or, how can I make it stick less? Thanks!

Hi. My kids bought hermit crabs at the beach. We got them home in plastic cabes, but we knew rhey needed more. Question is: what is the best side hanging heater for a 10 gallon aquarium? I hear the under cage ones arent good. Thanks
