HCA: Hermit Crab Association

Hi im new here. Um i have a question

For my hermit crab i have a wall climbing background. I was wondering if i put a uth along the same side of the tank as the wall climbing background, Will it uth be effective still?

If i put it on the outside* if i may add to what I asked
