Do crabs molt and return to their old shell? I have a crab who is 5 years old but wont leave his shell. I hope Horny Mike isnt stuck!

Hi crab friends, I have 4 hermit crabs in a 20 gallon tank. They are a pretty good size I’d say like a golf ball. How much are they supposed to eat?
