HCA: Hermit Crab Association

Hi all,
So I recently ordered a batch of 3 E's on September 18th from LHC.com. I was hoping to hear back from them about my order within two or three weeks, but it has been almost a month and I haven't heard anything. Does anyone know approximately how long it takes them to process an order? I'm worried that it will be too cold out to ship them soon where I live. Any ideas? Thanks!

I ordered from them a couple years ago. They shipped promptly during the summer.

I would email or call them to see what's up, it's starting to get risky to ship crabs now in the northeastern states!
