Mygann Shell Haul

Post by soilentgringa » Sat Feb 14, 2015 3:49 pm

Just unboxed my shipment of shells from Ebay seller: mygann

I purchased 11 shells in opening sizes between 7/8 inch and 1.75 inches (haven't done exact measurements yet).

There are 4 polished African turbos, a pearled turbo, 2 polished jade turbos, 2 banded tapestry turbos, a polished magpie/pica, and another polished tapestry turbo.

One of the African turbos does have a small hole.

I paid $60USD for 11 shells, making them a little less than $6.00 a piece. I have seen polished jade turbos go for twice that, and the African for about $21 a piece so I am okay with the price. Shipping was free. Got from California to Texas in 3 days.

Oh and be prepared to reach deep inside the shells to remove "made in the Philippines" sticker.

I ordered from mygann recently and got beautiful shells for my jumbo. I thought the price was very fair, free shipping is always nice and the shells shipped fast. I got one of the big tapestry turbos, some jades, and the pearl jades. Three crabs have already claimed some of the shells in less then a week. All the stickers were on the outside of the shells on my order and easy to remove thank goodness. Ill have to get a working camera for pictures.
