Okay so May 26th I ordered some Mexican turbo shells from Etsy(linked below)! I was sort of iffy on ordering them as they were free shipping with no tax (making each shell right at $0.42) I mean how good is a 42 cent shell? The answer: they are great! The ad says they range from 1.5"-2.5" (total not opening) and I was just hoping half of them would be 2" or bigger and there ended up like one 1.5" and the rest are 2"/ bigger. I'm so excited Atlas and Laurel have some new shells. If your in need of this size it's a steal!
(Openings seem to range from .75-1.25)

Okay so they changed the listing and now it's $11.50 not $9.99 but still not too bad

I just put the shells in my tank (hours after boiling haha) and two of my crabs already took their claim! Of course the only other crab up rn is the size of a nickel so he's got a bit before he can choose one haha.

Unfortunately the link does not work anymore. Do you have the name of the store?

This is a great deal. I would have to contact them and get all 1.5 inch openings or larger though!

Mexican turbos are great crab shells - about half my guys go crazy changing it up whenever I add some.

I don't know if there's a lot of folks that do saltwater aquariums in Norway, but if you can find a saltwater aquarium shop, they might have mexican turbos from the snails they use to clean the tanks. My local saltwater aquarium shop has mexican turbos up to 1.25" opening from the snails they use as tank cleaners that have passed away.
