So for my birthday, back in October my girlfriend ordered me some Apple Murex shells from this website, it was a really good deal. Well the problem was she ordered them on the 12th and they never shipped until the 22nd... Then they got to her house exactly on the day of my birthday, except instead of the 2 packs of 10 murex shells she ordered, we got frog shells and oddly enough they came from another website, TheNatureCompany.biz. So she emailed the customer service on the site she ordered from, its been 2 weeks and no answer... A week ago she emailed the website the shells came from and still no answer from either of them. Figured I would post this in case anyone else stumbles across these 2 sites, it doesn't seem like either is any good at customer service. Sadly I'm not sure how we can go about getting the murex's we ordered, we'd gladly send the frog shells back in exchange for what we want. Payment was via paypal.

Aww that stinks!

It bugs me when a company wont answer your questions or concerns. I hope they answer so you can get what you ordered.

I don't know, it doesn't appear that they are going to answer and I'm slightly confused why we ordered from one site and another one sent us the stuff. Also their return policy is 10 days so I doubt we'll get it fixed, sucks though because we never got our stuff until way past the 10 day mark...

Ya That is confusing that you ordered from one place and received from another. I am sorry this happened to you. Thanks for saving other people from making that mistake.

Paypal guarantees purchases when you use them to pay.

You may want to file a complaint with them and see of the company responds then.

We just filed a complaint through paypal tonight. So hopefully we'll hear something back this week.

So the final feedback from the store was, we'll pull up your order and have a look, followed by nothing from them. Paypal was just as useless in this case, because once you ask them to settle it they email you back instantly telling you they can do nothing because you recieved an item, they don't care at all if it was the wrong thing. So basically we are stuck with 20 frog shells now lol. Finally getting around to posting this because I've been busy with school, now I'm done.

not so fast tell paypal the item you received was incorrect.. they got my money back for me a few times now..

How terrible! If worst come to worst..and no one ends up fixing things for you try selling them on craigslist on the pet or craft section..Also the hermit crab patch has awesome shells and ships timely..they are in Florida and my order shipped two days after placing it! even just being sent priority mail it got here in about 3 days..so worth it! I hope that they make things right for you though!
