Climber won't come down

Post by SnipSnapDad » Fri Apr 17, 2020 10:36 pm

I adopted my two pp's just two days ago. My larger one (Snips) is a really enthusiastic climber and I made sure he has plenty to do. My concern is that he's spending pretty much 100% of his time up in the canopy and may not be eating or drinking enough. Am I just too overbearing? I'm sure it's nothing, but wanted to make sure.

I wouldn't worry about. Another less used name for them are tree crabs! They are just as comfortable climbing as being on the ground. When they get thirst or hungry they will go searching for it!

Wait until they decide to molt and you don't see them for over a month! That's when keeping crabs really gets stressful!

Thanks, lol. I figured he's just thrilled being able to climb around in such a large space.
