Fan inside crabitat

How we all doing? I have read alot on different forums about how fans help plants in the terrarium. The smallest fan I have is a 9" high velocity (which I intend to use on low so its just a breeze). But problems are: electricity and water don't mix, and the fan might be too big (reaching both sides of the tank) I know some ppl use computer fans, both 120v and under and gotten away with it. The humidity doesn't bother me, it's the misting that does. I may also hv to worry about the motor overheating, since the back is going to be covered (but most of the motor will be exposed to free coming air). Has anyone ever done this before?

Your image isn't showing. Is that the diameter of your fan? I don't think I've seen anyone use one that big.
