Calcium
I am wondering if it's alright to sprinkle calcium carbonate supplement on my crabs food everyday. I feed veggies which contains calcium and some shrimp with the exoskeleton attached. I have been sprinkling the calcium carbonate supplement on their food everyday for a while now. I don't have cuttlebone in the tank and I'm probably going to buy some soon.

Re: Calcium
I like to offer my calcium separate, that way the crabs can eat it when they feel they need calcium. Besides cuttlebone, I always have a dish of calcium powder in my tanks. I also give them crab/lobster exo as a choice on their dinner dishes 2x/week. They love that!

Re: Calcium
I'll get some cuttlebone at walmart and crush some oysters shells that I have. I'll mix in some crushed oyster shells, calcium carbonate supplement, and some egg shells in a dish for them to access anytime.
