Are these foods safe?

I bought organic spring mix at walmart and there are foods in it that are not on the safe food list. It's arugula, mizuna, tatsoi, and frisee. Are they safe?

I have been feeding it to them them for a while but just now realized the ingredients. I imagine that it is safe because nothing has happened to them.

Arugula is on our list, and I'll add the others since they were overlooked. Frisee is a mustard, the others are all brassica. All are crab safe. They're pretty much the same but heavily cultivated so they taste different.

My crabs love any type of spring mix like that. They're not much for fresh foods, but do love fresh eggs and greens.
