Is she in a shell right now? If she seems to be acting normally other than her claw, then she most likely would be okay, at the worst sometimes hermit crabs will drop their claw, but it grows back after a few more molts. While her big claw isn't working you might have to give her soft foods and/or hand feed her. To hand feed a hermit crab you gently pick up the hermie and put a piece of food on something small and thin and hold it in front of her antennae, then you just have to wait to see if she'll eat it. If she isn't in a shell then you shouldn't pick her up, you might be able to try it but just hold the food in front of her instead of picking her up.

If your crab is out of the shell, it is an emergency. You need to get the crab back into a shell or it will die.
Here is our care sheet that explains what to do, and also gives some possible reasons why a crab might be naked.

A crab can eat just fine with the smaller claw, it does not need the large one.

Also to trouble shoot why one crab may have dug up the other, how deep is your substrate and how large is your tank?
