Not Sure What's Wrong

I've got one crab that seems to big fro his shell, but won't change. He did finally move some today, but even still he's kinda just sitting there, and if I wave my hands in front, he's not quick to retreat - and when he does doesn't seem he can get all up in the shell. Should I worry, will they change when they need to, I'm sure I have enough larger shells for him/her to choose from.

Some crabs like a smaller shell than others. Is he a PP? What type of shell is he in now? What types and sizes of shells do you have as extras, and how many?

I don't know the names of the shells lol - I've got several larger of the same he is in - its the brown and white shells not the green turbos I think they are called.

Sometimes crabs just like what they have. It’s wearing a Babylonia and looks like you have several others. That’s a common shell for Ecuadorians but PPs tend to prefer shells like turbos with round openings. As long as suitable shells are available it’s usually a nonissue

Thank you so much. I have the turbos in there as well. That is what they came in when I first got them and they moved immediately - I was kinda shocked. I will definitely get more shells and switch them out now and then and maybe he/she will find one they like better, or not lol.
