I have a crab that came up from a molt a little while ago and he came up really pale and not that active as he has been in the past.
My temp and humidity have been consistently at 85% and around 78 °F
I tried putting some peanut butter near him and he would eat it a bunch but he is still being very inactive.
(He's not missing any legs or anything)
I was thinking about setting up another tank almost like a pps tank to isolate him until he's moving around more and eating more
Does anyone have any recommendations for setting it up?
Or any other things I should try?

If he seems weak, isolating is the best plan of action. If you have the ability to set up an iso tank and keep the heat and humidity appropriate, then you can do that. If not, you could isolated him in a smaller container with holes poked in it, inside the main tank.

Re: Question for potentially sick crab
You mean to isolate him in a ten gallon? No, that would be just fine. Some people (myself included) don't have the ability to have two tanks running, so I always mention that iso can be within the main tank if needed.
