Crabs aren’t doing much

I’ve had 4 PPs for a month now and I know they are very exciting animals, but they don’t seem to be eating or moving around much. Three of them are now buried, and I was wondering if this is normal? My crabitat conditions are 80 degrees and 85% humidity, and I always offer a balanced variety of food.

Yes, sounds normal. Crabs will bury to de-stress, or molt, or just for fun. If molting, they can stay down for weeks or even months. They don't need to eat anything other than their exo when they are buried and molting. For those on the surface, I swear that the only way I knew my crabs were eating when I first got them is that they were not dead. Now that they are bigger, I can see that they have been into the food dishes, but when they were small it didn't seem like any food disappeared.

Don't worry to much about them, my crabs are usually more active during the night and sleep all day long :hlol: :sleepy::
