Breeding is more luck than anything. Your crabs need to have almost ideal conditions. Even then they need to decide they want to mate. After the female carries the eggs for around 30 days she needs to release them into the saltwater pool to hatch. With any luck you need to siphon all of the zoea into another container. Thats where all when work begins, several feedings daily, a daily water change that requires siphoning the zoea to fresh salt water. After around a month they will be big enough to take their first shells. With any luck they may decide to take the big steps onto land and become hermit crabs.

As far as the hermit crab community knows there are only 6 people in the world that have successfully done this. Mary Akers is the only one to do it several times and in great numbers. Several dozen people try every year and never get them to land. Some have multiple batches of eggs. It is a very difficult process. I tried my best last summer but my zoea only lasted 9-10 days. That was even with Mary helping me along the way answering questions and giving pointers.
