Homemade saltwater conditioner

Hello everyone one i was wondering if anyone know how to make some homemade saltwater conditioner? My crabs ran out this morning and none of my local pet stores have any and i have to wait for it to come in on Amazon.

I am not certain what you are asking.
Tap water should be treated with a dechlorinator (ie- Prime is a commonly used one).
There should be a pool of this fresh dechlorinated water.
Then a marine salt (ie- Instant Ocean is a commonly used one) should be added to the dechlorinated fresh water, to make the salt water for the salt water pool.

I think they mean, they dont want to wait for Amazon to ship, can they make homemade saltwater.

Petco usually carries the instant ocean box, even in my small town. Amazon prime only takes 2 days. I'd rather wait than chance making anything other than the correct thing.
