Hi, here are a few suggestions:
-try a moss pit
-try bubblers in your pools
Make sure your substrate is nice and damp!
Hope this helped!!!

Is it enclosed in glass on all sides? Bubbler pools are the best way to keep high consistent humidity.

Try glass lids. Imo, they keep the moisture in so much better!

We had a heck of a time at first as well. Do you have the towels under the wrap on the lid? Also, do you spray the towels to keep them damp? We keep a spritzer bottle next to the tank filled with bottled water and at random if the humidity isn't keeping steady well spray the paper towels on top, put the wrap back on top and we sit comfortably at 85/85ish.

I have moss in all corners of the tank and the substrate feels damp. I dont have a bubbler yet would you recommend any?

Double dish water pools:

Press n seal works better than saran wrap. You could also use gallon sized ziploc bags and duct tape them together. That might work better also.

Make sure to calibrate that hygrometer too. 80%+ is a good place to be.
