Use of metal knives

Post by Pebbles29 » Sat Jan 30, 2021 5:40 am

Hey guys,

This may be a stupid question, but i just want to make sure. Is it okay to prepare food for hermit crabs with a metal knife? I know they're sensitive to metal, but as long as they don't come into direct contact with it they should be okay, yes?

The use of knives, scissors, blenders or other food prep items with metal parts are perfectly fine to use.

I use metal knives to cut things up for the crabbies all the time. I've never noticed any problems with it, so you should be good to go.
